If you feel the item that you received is defective or if you would like to exchange it for a different size, please let us know.

Please return the item to us within 21 days after receiving it. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must please be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Refunds/Exchanges

We will let you know the status of your refund/exchange as soon as we have received the item and finished inspecting it. If approved, we will either replace the item or refund it to the original method of payment if possible, otherwise we will do an EFT payment.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to do refunds or exchanges on custom orders or sale items.

Returns Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the shipping. If you would like to return or exchange the item because you selected the incorrect style or size, you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then we are unfortunately unable to refund or exchange the item.
